“Because my travel was delayed significantly, we could not stay at the hotel at all. I called the hotel reception well in advance, and I requested for the cancellation/rescheduling our stay for the next day, but the hotel customer service guy told me that since I booked the hotel through Expedia, my hotel booking can not be refunded or rescheduled. I had paid $196.65 for the hotel room, and it got wasted due to no fault of ours. What a waste of money and inconvenience! I WILL NEVER book the……

“The breakfast was horrible. The only thing I was able to get was toast with jelly. There wasn't even hot water for my tea. They had no ice machine. My room had a hole cut out in the corner of the counter. And extremely poor outside lighting getting to the room, and I had to park in a spot where I had about six inches available on my passenger side of my truck”

“Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. They have a very cute speakeasy in the basement good food, pleasant staff other than the one at the front desk who seems……
